Nifty August Futures aiming 5350?

On 30th July as soon as Nifty price came out of 61.8% retracement arch resistance, it moved past 5200 with ease. Next Nifty resistance is at 5350 as seen from the following chart and support unchanged from 5100 in shorter term. With RBI's news around Nifty can touch both support and resistance and also will decide it's future course in next 2-3 days

Nifty Technicals - 30th July 212

Nifty (Analysis based on August futures) managing to sustain its 5140 resistance but still failing at 5170 resistance. Nifty will gain positive momentum only if it break and sustain above 5200 until then a drop towards 5100, 5050, and 4950 support levels is the possibility. RBI policy decision on 31st may decide the nifty momentum for next few days.

Dowjones Technicals - 30th July 2012

Dowjones just broke its channel resistance and managing to  stay above it. If it continue to trade above 12970, it should be considered as having potential to reach 13200 and 13500 targets. A sustained break below 12970 will have targets of 12780, 12630 and 12500

Dax reached its resistance zone, can short now at 6795 with 6865 SL for a target of  6685 and 6585

Dowjones Testing Channel Resistance

Dowjones testing its channel resistance again at 12940-70 range. This time the move is supported by +ve Moving Average Crossover and +ve MACD cross over. Hence, caution should be exercised while shorting the channel resistance. Stop Loss should be followed very strictly this time. If Dow manages to sustain above 13000 will have target @ 13200, 13500 with support @ 12940
